How it works?

Appointment Planner

With Appointment Planner, you can schedule any appointment at a time that is most convenient for you. It lets you maintain a database of appointments, holidays and passwords.
By using Appointment Planner you can get a notification of the appointment, holiday on a set schedule. Appointment Planner helps in remembering all your passwords by maintaining a database of it.

With Appointment Planner, you can also:

	Change the schedule for a task.
	Stop a scheduled task.
	Customize how a task will run at a scheduled time.
	Set Priorities of the task

Appointment Planner uses the most familiar Outlook appearance and style. It displays Schedules on the left side like buttons. You can plan any schedule just by clicking the button associated with the schedule.

Sticky Pad

Many a times you wish to put some notes for later use. It may be the extract of some conversation, some error notification or anything of the kind which you wish to use later and want an easy access for that as we might not be able to perform the action associated with them immediately.

Sticky Pad provides you a solution for that.

You can put any note for remembrance which can be recovered later. Here one can add as many notes as desired which can be edited or deleted in the meantime. It continuously runs in the system tray providing you with easy access without annoyance.

Sticky Pad comes with editable colors and fonts making it attractive and one can customize according to one's requirement.

Media Files Organizer

With Media File Organizer you can effortlessly organize all types of media files. It allows you to group the files under various folders, create play lists, save your database, organize favorite folder, preview files, search database, update database and many more. It allows you to set the filters for the folders so as to sieve out the contents according to your desire.

It also enables you to work with individual media files as you can change the display names of the files, set icons, put additional information about them or can save tag of the file. You can encrypt or decrypt the files so that no other person could make changes to them.

Media File Organizer provides you with a highly flexible and generous way of creating play list. You can save, add, delete or modify the play list and along with all that you can also export your play list or can import the one already created. It allows you to merge various play lists. Drag and Drop facility lets you create play list easily.

Media File Organizer allows to group media files of different types under different folders i.e. separate folders for audio, video, images, skins, play lists and one for other files. You can collect your favorite files under Favorites folder, your searched files under Search folder or can create a new folder to group under different name.

Along with all the above, Media File Organizer also empowers you to configure various settings directly through the organizer. You can change the Display settings through or can make changes to the various Sound and Multimedia properties or can setup the Volume control. You can set filters for the files and can work out the duplicate files.

Thus all it turns out to be an easy manger for all your media files.
