• STEP 1 Choose the Router
  Since there are many types or wireless routers available, you will need to choose the router best suited for your network depending on the network size and the distance between the access points.
  
  
  
• STEP 2 Remove cables
  Remove all the DSL or cable modem from the power supply and also remove the Ethernet cable that connects to the DSL or cable
  
  
  
• STEP 3 Connect cable to port Connect the lose end of the Ethernet cable to the Internet port on the back of your router.
  
  
  
• STEP 4 Reconnect modem to power source Reconnect the modem to a power source and plug the Ethernet cable of your router into the Ethernet connector on the network card at the back of your computer.
  
  
  
• STEP 5 Plug to power supply
  Plug the router’s power cord into the power supply and install the router software on your system.
