• Step 1 Click on Support Dock setup file
  Download the Support Dock setup file and double click on it to start the installation process. Click ‘Run’ to proceed.
  
  
  
• Step 2 Close Other Applications
  The installation wizard recommends that you close all other applications before continuing. Click ‘Next’ when you are ready to proceed with installation.
  
  
  
• Step 3 Click Next
  Read the license agreement and if you agree with the terms and conditions, click on the check box to accept and the click on 'Next'.
  
  
  
• Step 4 Select installation folder/location
  The default installation location will be highlighted. If you’d prefer the installation to happen in another location then please click on 'Browse' and specify the location. Click "Install".
  
  
  
• Step 5 Installation process starts:
  Now allow the wizard 30-40 seconds to install Support Dock on your computer.
  
  
  
• Step 6 Finish the process
  Click on 'Finish' to complete the installation process.
  
  
  
• Step 7 Click on Preferences
  After completing the installation click on 'Preferences' icon
  
  
  
• Step 8 Access code & Activation
  Click on the 'Activate' tab on top and enter your access code. Click on 'Activate Now' to activate Support Dock on your PC.
  
  
  
• Step 9 Confirm and OK
  Click on 'Confirm' to activate and click 'OK'.
  
  
  
• Step 10 Click OK Click 'OK'
  when you get the congratulations message on successful activation.
  
  
  
• Step 11 Click setup now
  Select 'Components' tab from the top. The list of all available components will appear. Select all components and then click on 'Setup Now'.
  
  
  
• Step 12 Installation Progress
  You will be able to monitor the progress of installation of each component.
  
  
  
• Step 13 Click ok
  Click OK to complete the installation process.
